About Our Birmingham Law Firm
Our lead attorney, Allwin E. Horn IV started his own practice in 2004 to help people who have been hurt at work or through someone else’s negligence. His father, Allwin E. Horn III, is a retired Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge and is of counsel at the firm. Our assistant, Nikki Mancill, has been with the firm for 10 years and is an integral part of our operation.
We strive to stay available to our clients at all times. Mr. Horn, IV, is known to give out his cell phone number to clients so they can be in touch whenever they need to be. He will travel to meet with clients, and will also visit clients at the hospital when the need arises.
Our office is centrally located in Birmingham, Alabama, in proximity to Highway 65 S, Highway 280 and Interstate 59. We are six blocks from the Jefferson County Courthouse and offer convenient free parking for our clients.
We offer free initial consultations and work strictly on contingency. We believe that cost should not be a factor for people who are seeking help dealing with their injuries. That means that you pay us nothing until or unless we recover compensation for your injuries.
